Shipping

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled. Please allow additional time during sales events and reference each product's description for any exceptions to this time frame. Additionally, your selected shipping method is only reflective of the estimated transit time once an order is shipped, it does not include the fulfillment period.

Returns

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at sholdr.limited@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 14 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
